Instruments and Equipment
We offer you the latest in leading edge technology from across the globe, or if you just need the basics we have numerous options you may like to consider. If you wish to contemplate used equipment, we often have options available.
Instrument Packages
Take the hassle out of selecting your instruments and consider one of the many “complete packages” we have on offer. Our years of experience have encouraged us provide these options, but you can still mix and match with your own selections. Whether you choose our “Budget Package” or our “Professional Package,” all the equipment is the latest available.
Delivery and Installation
Our technical engineers are trained to do it right for you with hassle free installations. When they are finished all you need do is put a patient in the chair.
Training
When you take delivery of your new instruments we offer a comprehensive training regime for you and your staff. This is designed to help you get the most out of your new acquisition. When our staff leaves, you will have a thorough understanding of the instrument’s capabilities, but if you have questions, we’re just a phone call away.
Spare Parts
We carry the most comprehensive range of spare parts for all instruments we market. Whether it’s 12 months or 12 years old we use our best endeavours to find something to help you.
Universities
In an effort to support our Universities and tutoring institutions we offer a preferred pricing policy for the supply of all our products and services. Details are available upon request.
Students
All student purchases of Heine diagnostic instruments are supplied at cost, and all goods are warranted for the duration of time studying at University.
